Whole House Renovation, Cheam
The aim of the design for the ground floor was to create a large open-plan kitchen, dining and family space that leads out onto the rear garden. We designed a single storey infill extension and reconfigured the internal walls in order to achieve the open plan space.
Archway North London Renovation and Extension
The Model Projects design team worked closely with Paul to create his dream home in North London. The house is a ground floor flat located within a converted Victorian Terrace. A new single storey wrap around extension was designed, that had an angled wall to the rear and vaulted pitched roof.
‘Symmetry’ a Modern extension in Bromley
The project in Bromley involved the extension and alteration to an existing semi-detached house. Model Projects worked alongside the clients and main contractor to deliver a simple ultra modern extension that created a large open-plan family space that spilled out into the rear garden.

Located in the heart of one of Wimbledon’s conservation areas is a stunning, modern, new build house. The house is located at the top of Edge Hill, adjacent to Wimbledon College and the beautiful building of Sacred Heart Church.
