1. Introduction to the Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”)

1.3 These Terms, as amended or varied from time to time, apply to all use of and access to the Website. By accessing or using the Website, You accept and agree to be legally bound by the Terms.
1.4 Model Projects Limited, as the owner and operator of the Website, has the right to amend or vary these Terms and any of the contents of the Website from time to time at its sole discretion. Amendments or variations will take effect when they are posted on the Website and, as a result, You should check the current version of these Terms each time You use the Website.
1.5 Separate terms and conditions may apply for any purchases made through the Website.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Model Projects Limited and its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “Model Projects”), and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and any of its third party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, however arising, resulting from any violation or breach of the Terms.
3. General Disclaimer
3.1 Although Model Projects has attempted to provide accurate information on the Website, Model Projects assume no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Model Projects shall not be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, including (without limitation) lost profits or revenues, loss of opportunity, costs of replacement goods or services, loss or damage to data or business interruption, arising out of or related to:

3.4 Notwithstanding any other provision in the Terms, nothing within the Terms limits or restricts any person’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or that of its employees or agents.
3.5 ModelProjects.co.uk is designed for users in the United Kingdom and as such Model Projects makes no representation that the content or materials on the Website are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Access to the Website's content or its materials from jurisdictions where such access is illegal is prohibited. Users who choose to access the Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with all relevant local laws.
4. Trade Marks and other such rights
4.1 The trademarks and logos (“Marks”) displayed on the Website are the property of Model Projects or other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of Model Projects or the relevant third party proprietor of the Marks.
4.2 You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in all materials on the Website remain the property of Model Projects or the relevant third party proprietor, licensor or other content owner. 5.1 The Website contains links to third party websites. Your access to any such third party website through a link on the Website is at Your own risk and Model Projects reserves the right to terminate a link to a third party website at any time.
5.2 You acknowledge that your access of such websites will be subject to the relevant third party's terms and conditions and Model Projects is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these sites or the security of any link or communication with those sites.
5.3 Any mention of non-Model Projects products or services is for information purposes only, and should You determine that You wish to engage such third party service providers to provide goods or services to You You do so at Your own risk and on terms to be negotiated between you and them.
5.4 For the avoidance of doubt Model Projects makes no representation nor gives any warranty, condition or undertaking, expressed or implied, including (without limitation) as to the satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability or non-infringement of such non-Model Projects products or services, whether or not arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice.
6. Website Security
6.1 You agree not to take any steps which might be reasonably expected to corrupt (or attempt to corrupt) any data or to circumvent (or attempt to circumvent) any of the security safeguards of Model Projects or any of its suppliers.

8.1 Model Projects’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

8.3 Model Projects will not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any delay in performance of them to the extent that such breach or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.4 If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, invalid or illegal (including any provision in which Model Projects exclude their liability to the User), the enforceability, validity or legality of any other part of these Terms will not be affected or impaired in any way.

8.7 Where you are requested to provide personal information to Model Projects, you are requested to update such information as soon as reasonably practicable as soon as such information becomes inaccurate or incomplete.

Each of these persons or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against the User on its own behalf if the User violates any of the Terms. Save for the foregoing, the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to the Terms and no rights or benefits expressly or impliedly conferred by them are enforceable under that Act against the parties by any other person.
8.9 The Terms and the User's use of the Website are governed by English law and the parties to these terms submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1.4 Model Projects handles Your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “DPA”) and this Policy sets out how Your information is used.
3. What information do we collect and how do we use it?
3.1 When You register you will be asked to provide certain personal details - Your name, e-mail address and postcode. You can update your details at any time by e-mailing Model Projects at info@ModelProjects.co.uk.
3.2 In addition, as part of the registration process You will be asked, via a tick box, whether or not You wish to receive e-mail updates from Model Projects. These updates are sent to Model Projects’s registered customers from time to time and include information and updates on Model Projects’s services, as well as details of special offers and promotions.
3.3 You can request Your removal from these e-mail updates at any time by e-mailing Model Projects at info@ModelProjects.co.uk.
Online purchase of Report
3.4 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
3.5 You can purchase a Creation Report online at the Website through Paypal.
3.6 You will be asked to provide your name and address and Your payment details in order to complete Your transaction.
3.8 This information is anonymous and Model Projects will not knowingly collect any information which may personally identify you.
4. Who has access to the information you provide or we collect?
4.1 Model Projects retains access to all personal information that it has collected from You in accordance with the DPA.
4.2 Model Projects will not otherwise disclose, sell or distribute Your personal information to any third party without Your permission unless it is required to do so by law.
5. Accessing, updating, verifying and deleting personal data
5.1 Users of the Website who have registered and, where applicable, agreed to receive e-mail updates from Model Projects can update their information or cancel their registration/receipt of e-mail updates by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.2 In accordance with its obligations under the DPA, Model Projects will update or delete Your personal data accordingly.
5.3 Users of the Website can request Model Projects provides them with a copy of the personally identifiable information its holds on them by sending an e-mail to info@ModelProjects.co.uk.
5.4 You may also ask Model Projects to make any necessary changes to ensure that the information Model Projects holds in relation to You is accurate and kept up-to-date, although Model Projectsmay charge a small administration fee to cover the data search, preparation and delivery. 6.2 Model Projects’s cookies may contain a variety of information (see above, “What information do we collect and how do we use it?” for more detail).
