Founded in 2013 by Sophie and James, Model Projects was established with a clear purpose: to deliver high-quality, contemporary architectural design supported by the latest visualisation tools.

Our backgrounds are rooted in property development and hands-on building—many of us have even lived on-site during projects! With decades of combined experience across hundreds of homes, we are constantly refining our approach to improve efficiency, streamline delivery, and remain one of the most competitive design teams in the market.
