The transformation of this semi-detached home in Gants Hill, East London, involved a thoughtfully designed partial single-storey and two-storey rear extension, along with a full-width dormer loft conversion.

Route to Planning

To secure the necessary planning permissions, a split application approach was required. The partial single-storey and two-storey rear extension was submitted through a homeowner full planning application. Meanwhile, the loft conversion was approved under a Certificate of Lawfulness, utilising the property's existing permitted development rights.
