Andrew and Claire, Aylesbury House Transformation
The Aylesbury project involved the complete renovation of a large detached house. The works included a substantial partial single-storey and partial two-storey rear extension, as well as a full loft conversion. A contemporary design approach was adopted throughout, with new glazing and modern finishes introduced across the property.

A key feature of the design is the use of extensive glazing to the rear, which opens up the interior to the generous garden and floods the living areas with natural light. To the front, the house received a modern facelift with the addition of a new forward-facing gable roof, striking triangular glazing, and a contemporary front door providing a refreshed and welcoming appearance.

The entire house was rendered in an off-white finish, complemented by dark-framed glazing and a new slate roof. Expansive windows were carefully positioned throughout, many of which follow the form of the roofline to maximise natural light and visual interest.
Upon entering the home, you're welcomed into a spacious entrance hall that opens dramatically through all three floors. A modern staircase winds its way up to the loft, creating a striking architectural feature. To the rear, a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and family snug area was designed, seamlessly connecting to a generous patio terrace and the garden beyond ideal for entertaining and everyday family life.
