Detailed Design Meeting & Report - Working with your Architectural Designer you will embark on a journey through the creative process. The design sessions are provided in the comfort of your own home, locally in our design studios or online in our virtual meeting rooms, enabling you to connect with your design team wherever and whenever you want. The Detailed Design stage allows you to make any spatial or financial alterations from your Creation Pack. The report will consist of more detailed 3D sectional cut-throughs and walk-throughs alongside conventional drafting styles.
Build Cost Estimate - An expanded Build Cost Estimate ensures full visibility and control of costs throughout the design development process. This detailed version not only allows you to see a clear financial breakdown of your project, but also holds written specification of all your chosen products and materials. Your Build Cost Estimate will be ongoing throughout the Home Design Pack and updated as you continue to specify all the elements of your home.
Building Envelope Report - The external appearance of your home will have been designed to be in line with your style, budget and requirements. This breakdown document allows you to review each window, door, and rooflight in terms of function, price, aesthetic and supplier limitations. All these elements will tweak the finished item and get it exactly right. Our expert experience will guide you through this decision making process, providing control and insight into the options for your home.
Planning Application - Planning permission is an integral and influencing factor with regards to your home design. Once your external building envelope and layout have been confirmed we will submit and manage your Planning Application, liaising with your Local Authority to ensure we get the right result.
Draft Structural Report - Structure can be the most costly part of your project. We review the structural elements of your project during this stage of the process and re-address how they would be executed with a preliminary structural design scheme. Our key vision will be to ensure that we retain design integrity of your home, while minimizing costs where possible.
Core Services Report - In this overview we address the main sources of fuel, heating and hot water. We analyse your existing services and integrate them with the new, to reach the optimum system. We have expertise in the Green Deal along with up-to-date information on the latest energy solutions. We can assess the utilities application which may be required and manage these for you as part of our Supporting Services.
Room Log Report - Using internal 3D images, detailed plans and budget allocations, we develop the layout and specification of the most important spaces of your home; namely kitchens and bathrooms. We will review the internal specifications of your home, including heating (zoning of underfloor heating areas), flooring, power and lighting along with finishes which communicate decoration areas clearly.
Garden Log Report - This will be the opportunity to develop the design of your garden including services, landscaping and planting. External spaces are often overlooked but can make a dramatic effect on your home.
