You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Model Projects Limited and its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “Model Projects”), and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and any of its third party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, however arising, resulting from any violation or breach of the Terms.

3.2 In addition, as part of the registration process You will be asked, via a tick box, whether or not You wish to receive email updates from Model Projects.  These updates are sent to Model Projects’s registered customers from time to time and include information and updates on Model Projects’s services, as well as details of special offers and promotions.

Online purchase of  Report

3.4 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

3.5 You will be asked to provide your name and address and Your payment details in order to complete Your transaction.

3.6 Model Projects may collect further information when You use the Website.  Through use of cookies, for example (see below), Model Projects may record the frequency and scope of Your use of the Website, the duration of your sessions, feeds from public web pages that You use or create,  the Internet protocol (IP) address that serves You to access the Website and the geographic location from where You logged-in.
